About Horka Linka
General information
The mission of Horkalinka.cz is to struggle against distribution of illegal content on the Internet and prosecute their disseminators in an efficient way. These goals may be achieved by providing the law enforcement agencies with collected information in order to facilitate the elimination of the illegal content and the identification of those responsible for it. Important is collaboration with ISP´s, mobile operators (Telefonica O2, T-Mobile, Vodafone) and other competent authorities including industry (Microsoft).
The role of Horkalinka.cz
Horkalinka.cz is gathering and analyzing tips from public about potentially illegal materials. All reports are screened by dedicate hotline employees. If the report contains harmful or illegal content located on the Czech servers the information is forwarded to the appropriate Czech law enforcement agency (Czech police). In case the harmful or illegal content is located on international servers, such information is forwarded to appropriate hotlines or INHOPE.
Please report any illegal content, such as child pornography, child sexual abuse or potentially dangerous content, DO NOT IGNORE THEM! Report a crime through the FORM.
